The content contained on the Site may be used by you for your own personal shopping and information purposes only. In using the Site you warrant that you shall not infect it with any computer programming (such as a virus) that may damage, interfere with, delay or intercept any data or information on the Site and you hereby indemnify the Company for any damage caused by any act attributable to you. Any person that delivers or attempts to deliver any damaging code to this Site or attempts to gain unauthorised access to any page shall be prosecuted.
Colours & Images
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the Products that appear on the Site. As the colours that you see are subject to the monitor settings on your computer, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. By accessing, browsing and using our website, you understand and agree that we cannot be held responsible for any errors that might be a result of incorrect images displayed. We will endeavour to remove and replace any images that are incorrect as quickly as possible.
When using your credit card for online shopping on the Website, we will attempt to use 3D Secure as an additional security measure if your issuing bank supports it. 3D Secure will authenticate your personal details and will authorise payment for online shopping. If your issuing bank supports 3D Secure but you have not activated it, you will be redirected during the payment process to set it up.
Risk and Ownership
Risk in the Products shall pass to you upon delivery of the Products at the delivery address chosen by you. Until payment is received in full for any goods sold, ownership in the Products shall remain with the Company and such Products shall be returned and/or surrendered to the Company following receipt of a default notice from the Company.
To the extent that the Products are altered, contrary to the instructions, or after having been delivered to the delivery address stipulated by you, the Products or property in which the Products are installed have been subjected to misuse or abuse, the Company and/or manufacturer of the Products will not be obliged to honour any warranties applicable to such Products. Warranties do not apply to ordinary wear and tear.

Deliveries are only done between 09h00 and 17h00 from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays)
Delivery will take place within 3 to 5 working days at a flat rate of R89. If unsure please call to confirm the courier rates and insurance amount.
Express delivery is offered only in JHB, CPT and DBN metropolitan areas.
Standard Manufacture Warranty
If you have received a product which turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality products which are discussed below please notify us as soon as reasonably possible after you become aware of the defect or poor quality.
It is also important to note that it will be in the supplier or manufacturer’s discretion what remedy they can offer you.
You can log a return on the Website, and we will arrange to collect the product from you at minimum charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, the manufacturer / service provider will repair / replace the product if such repair is not possible.
Cells2Sell is under no obligation to provide you with a credit, repair / replacement, as your remedy lies with the Network supplier or manufacturer.
In the instance where a product supplied to a customer was sourced by Cells 2 Sell from international distributors, the warranty is redeemable and honoured only by Cells 2 Sell directly and must be returned to Cells 2 Sell. We will indicate if a product is imported.
In the event you device falls out of warranty terms and conditions, Cells 2 Sell can offer a competitive quote to have your device repaired.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section
- faults resulting from normal wear and tear; LCD ,Liquid or Physical Damage
- damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
- damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
- damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product;
- damage arising from unauthorized workmanship to the product;
- Downloading of illegal software
- Non-manufacture approved accessories
- Acts of God / Natural Disasters.
A direct warranty product is a product for which the relevant manufacturer wishes to manage defective returns itself, directly with the customer, and not through Cells2Sell.
If a direct warranty product turns out to be defective or otherwise of poor quality, please notify us and we will provide you with the relevant manufacturer’s contact details. Alternatively, you can notify the relevant manufacturer directly if you already have its details. The relevant manufacturer will then assist you further, but if you have any difficulty, please let us know and we will be happy to assist you where we can.
Preparing your products for a return
To ensure your request is processed as quickly as possible you are responsible for the following when returning your products;
- package your products safely and securely for protection during transit;
- clearly mark your return reference number on the outside of the parcel; and
- Include all accessories and parts that were sold with the product.
Failure to adhere to any of these requirements could delay the processing of your request or result in its decline altogether.
Not what you ordered?
If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you, or if the product is not as described on the Website, please notify us and we will collect the product from you at no charge. The product needs to have all accessories or parts. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available); or credit your account with the purchase price of the product within 10 days of the return (or refund you if that is your preference).
Products damaged on delivery
Should a product be damaged or missing any parts or accessories at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us within 24 hours of such delivery.
We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will at your choice repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair is possible/ we have the same product in stock to use as a replacement) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference)
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality, and in good working order and without defects.
What is a defect?
A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to. Your device will then be collected and sent to the manufacture for inspection it will then be repaired or replaced as per manufactures terms and conditions.
Charges and refunds
If you return a defective product to us, but you fail to return all of the accessories and parts that were sold with that product, we are entitled to (subject to applicable law) to refuse the return.
If you return a product that does not comply with this Policy, you may be liable to reimburse Cells2Sell for the cost of collecting the product from you and the cost of having the product returned to you.
Please note that we only refund payment Via EFT within 7 Working days.
